The Resource Family Coaching Plan
At the center of the CFC Program is a proven and effective method for coaching families. The Resource Family Coaching Plan is a step-by-step plan based on the Six C’s of Family Coaching.
- Choice
- Clarity – Communication
- Comedy & Fun
- Caring and Ceremony
- Commitment
The Family Coaching Plan is a unique blend of teaching concepts while coaching the family to specific results they have declared. This joining of structured education and the coaching process creates a change which is internalized into a new family dynamic. The coach guides the family week-by-week as they are introduced to successful family principles.
The CFC Program – ICF Certification
The CFC Program is certified by ICF. The class material is presented in a 3-day weekend followed by 6 online class sessions focusing upon using the Coaches Guide and Family Resource Plan. Students are required to coach two families through the Family Resource Plan under the mentorship of a senior coach. There are weekly calls with your mentor coach. As a student, you are required to record calls for review by your mentor coach and senior facilitator. You must complete all elements – classes, mentor coaching, final test and all necessary documentation to receive an ICF certification for the program certification. If you are applying for ICF Certification this course is credited with 60 hours of coaching.
