Joyce serves as Owner at Peak Performance Services and is located in San Rafael, CA.Joyce attended University of Phoenix where she studied Business management. She graduated with a Bachelors of Science Business Management.
Joyce's core expertise includes Certified Effectiveness Coach, Family coaching, Personal coaching, Sr. International facilitator, Consultant and Certified as a Master Neuro Linguistic Programmer.
Joyce brings to Peak performance services not only her many years of expertise as an international facilitator, consultant, writer, and communication technology expert with a profound commitment to personal, and professional transformation. With her mastery as a senior facilitator, she was instrumental in the successful delivery of a project for the Mayor's Office of Chicago Cineplex-Odeon project.
In addition, she has designed and delivered leadership development programs for a variety of other worldwide organizations traveling extensively to Japan, Canada, Russia, Hong Kong, Argentina, Jamaica, Costa Rica, Samoa, Malaysia, and Africa.
Her professional experiences includes an array of activities management, senior executive coaching, program staging, and other performance related issues within the public and private sectors. Joyce has a proven ability to work effectively with diverse audiences including top executives, presidents, chief executives and management-and line employees in team alignment, advanced communication strategies and personal/organizational strategic visioning as well as youth in leadership development.
For the past ten years she has taken on advocating and educating troubled teens and their parents for bringing about family unity through education, growth and change.
Recently, she has taken on a service project of working with the people of Africa. She brings her world wide experience to a village in Begoro, Africa to support them in their stand and commitment of transforming their country.
Joyce has been certified as a Master Neuro Linguistic Practitioner for the past 22 years. Along with this highly technological skill in NLP, and is now a Certified Effectiveness Coach as well. She is a stand and commitment for the transformation of people's lives to bringing peace, love, and harmony to the planet.
The project that is close to her heart is partnering with Living Forward Alliances to work with women incarcerated for drug abuse and misdemeanor crimes. She was instrumental in designing and executing a work shop for mentors and mentees. The program is a yearlong project geared toward having the women integrating with their families and establishing new directions for their lives. This project is designed to raise the consciousness of the prison system of Texas as a way of showing that these women can reintegrate successfully back into the community and make a positive difference.
